Attention Warranty Customers

Many of our customers have SAAB automobiles, which are under factory warranty, and have been repaired by us over the last 7 years under our designation by SAAB as a warranty repair facility.

Embarcadero Automotive is San Francisco's premier SAAB repair facility, but we no longer perform SAAB warranty parts repair.

However, don't worry, we can still take care of your car in the excellent manner you have become accustomed, when you bring your SAAB into our repair shop.

Our SAAB certified mechanics, which have been trained by SAAB over the last 7 years, and use SAAB factory tools, can still take care of most of your SAAB repair needs. your factory service intervals, installation of new brakes, change of battery and many other SAAB repairs will continue to be performed as it has in the past.

You can sleep well at night knowing that all repairs come with Embarcadero's 1 year warranty on all parts and labor. Having your service work done at EA will not invalidate your warranty. In other words, you can keep relying upon us to keep your SAAB purring along the road.

At the time you bring your SAAB into Embarcadero, our factory trained mechanics will perform a complete diagnostic on your automobile, and will identify any potential problems.

If you are still under warranty, and a repair issue is uncovered that contains a warranty part, we will refer you to the closest SAAB warranty facility which can take care of the problem. We will forward to them the diagnosis, so that the repair can be accomplished under warranty conditions and in a quick manner.

When your warranty expires, the same high-level Embarcadero Automotive repair technicians will continue to take care of your SAAB.
